Q: How long does international shipping take?

If you choose USPS Priority Mail with Tracking shipping will take 5-10 days  depending on your country's customs department.

If you choose USPS Priority Mail without Tracking It takes about 2-4 weeks depending on your country's customs department.

 

Q: Will the screen protector work with the case?

Yes, our design does not touch the screen protector whatsoever.

 

Q: When will my case ship?

The current lead time on our products are 3 to 5 business days.

 

Q: What is the Red Panda Case Replacement Program?

The Red Panda case is durable but if you drop and break your case for any reason while under warranty we will offer you a 50% discount on a new case (discount is only valid once). Red Panda reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style (depending on availability). Replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period.

Q: Do you do exchanges?

Q: How light is the case?

The case is very light it hardly adds weight to your phone.

 

Q: What art can be engraved on a bamboo product?

·         Photos and low quality artwork will not translate well when laser engraved on the bamboo.

·         Artwork that translates well when laser engraved is black and white art preferably vector format.

 

Q: For a custom case what can I get laser engraved?

    We can laser engrave:

·         Your own artwork, name

·         Your own companies logo or name

·         Artwork that you have obtained permission from the original artist 

    We will not laser engrave:

·         Anything that violates trademark or copyright law (We will not be liable for any trademark or copyright infringement disputes)

·         Any logo that does not belong to you

·         Artwork that you have not obtained permission to use

 

Q: Will my case be the same color as the image in your website? Color Discrepancy?

We cannot guarantee a color match with images on the website. Due to variations in screen or monitor settings on your computer and bamboo being a natural material. The darkness or contrast may differ from the image you see. Color discrepancy does not warrant a valid return.

 

Q: How durable are your case? Will it survive a drop?

Yes, our cases will survive a drop. The case inner shell is made of durable plastic for protection and the outer layer is bamboo. In the event that your case breaks from a drop, we offer a case replacement program. For any manufacturing defects, our case is covered under our limited warranty from the original purchased date.

 

Q: Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?

We usually do not make any changes to any order once it has been submitted, but you can always contact us to request a change to your order before it ships.  If possible we will try to make your change. Please keep in mind that any type of change is very difficult to do because we engrave and ship orders as soon as possible.

 

Q: Can you combine discount codes?

Sorry, combined discount codes will not be honored for any reason.

 

Q: Who is covered with the warranty?

Warranty is only valid with the original purchaser and with the original receipt/invoice or valid order number it is required for the warranty service.

 

Q: Can I get a full refund if I am not happy with my purchase?

We like making our customers happy so if for any reason you want to return your product you have 7 days to do so to get a full refund. (Except for custom orders)

 Yes, but you will be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs department
