Once Red Panda receives your returned product, Red Panda will evaluate your claim within 2 to 4 business days. If Red Panda determines that the returned product is not eligible for warranty service, at Red Panda expense will ship the product back to you and will send you a replacement.
Depending on availability Red Panda reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of similar style. Replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period.
Red Panda is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Red Panda. You are responsible for shipping costs for sending back your product. We recommend that you ship your returned products to Red Panda via a traceable shipment method with a tracking number.
Color discrepancy does not warrant a valid return. All products returned to Red Panda will be reviewed for authenticity. If the product is not ours we will not process the warranty claim.
Laser engraving on bamboo is an unpredictable process and engraved darkness/contrast may differ from images. Color discrepancy does not warrant a valid return.
NOTE: We do not refund any custom orders. We only do so if it is a manufacturer’s defect.
***REFUNDS are only given to you if the product has a manufacture's defect. If the refund is based on you changing your mind after receiving the product. You have 24 hours to contact us at email@example.com and you are responsible for shipping costs for sending back your product. Also, we will not refund the shipping cost that was charged when the product was purchased. The only refund that will be given to you is the cost of the product you purchased.
